As chief medical officer, Dr. Litt is responsible for providing strategic insight to Dell’s healthcare solutions to help healthcare organizations, medical professionals and patients realize the benefits of information-enabled healthcare.

Dr. Litt is a board certified neuroradiologist and a fellow of the American College of Radiology with recognized expertise in neurovascular imaging. He is a graduate of Brown University and received his medical degree from New York University, where he also completed his internship, residency and fellowship. He was a founding member and continues to serve on the board of CareCore National, which provides utilization and quality management programs for managed care companies.

Dr. Charlotte Hovet is a physician executive within Dell Healthcare & Life Sciences with extensive experience in medical management leadership and medical staff governance. In her current role, Dr. Hovet partners with health system customers to implement and optimize clinical information systems to support excellence in patient care. With a focus on physician engagement, she provides an experienced clinician peer perspective, informatics knowledge, skill and physician alignment strategies that drive change in a complex medical environment. Dr. Hovet provides customer education on physician adoption of Electronic Health Records (EHR), leading project teams in the development of enterprise governance, knowledge management and change management solutions.

Ms. Schutte functions as the Director of Applications in Information Services for both St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio and St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.  She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Medical Technology and has supported Meditech Magic HIS systems for over 17 years. She has successfully led clinical, revenue cycle and ERP implementations throughout the course of her career. She is a member of MUSE, HIMSS and NOHIMSS organizations.

Michael Dobrovich, DO

Dr. Dobrovich,  a board certified internist, has over 25 years of clinical experience, starting in solo practice then subsequently building a group of 30 primary care physicians with 8 locations.  Since 2007, he has been full time CMO of St. John Medical Center, a 182 bed full service community hospital located in the western suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.
As CMO, Dr. Dobrovich is the executive lead of the hospital’s electronic health records implementation.  He has extensive experience with developing physician engagement and leadership in such transformative initiatives.
